What is the INDOOR CYCLE?  
In our INDOOR CYCLE classes we will combine the soft pedaling, sitting and with low resistance to strong, fast pacing and standing ... 
During the 45 minutes our monitor will be with you to animate, correct and make the class much more enjoyable.  
The objective of the class is: Strengthening of muscles (legs, glutes and hips). Burning calories and losing body fat: Approximately 250-350 calories. Improve physical condition in general. Improve mood (Benefits against stress).  
Public Object: We can all perform INDOOR CYCLE. Exception, consult our professionals before: Pregnant women. People who have any injury in any part of their body, should inform the monitor of directed activities. People with cardiovascular problems, tension or any pathology that your doctor has indicated.
